iPAD CONTEST RULES

Contest is by ETHEREALS, LLC. 1. You must be 18 years or older to enter. 2. You must prove you own an ETHEREAL with one or more of the following traits to be eligible from October 14 through October 18, 2021: Green Meltdown (crayon arms), Pink Meltdown (crayon arms), Mark (Pencil), Shake Well (paint can), Ghoul Green (spray paint can). 3. Winners will be chosen October 18. Contest runs from October 14, 2021 9PM (PST) and ends October 18, 2021 9PM (PST). 4. Winners will be chosen at random on October 18, 2021 after 9PM (PST) and will be announced October 19, 2021. 6. The prize is one (1) iPad and one (1) Apple pen of ETHEREALS, LLC choosing per winner. ETHEREALS LLC is not responsible for functionality or compatibility of devices. 7. ETHEREALS reserves the right to suspend or cancel the contest at any time. 8. Winners grant ETHEREALS, LLC the rights to publicize any and all materials and correspondence associated with winners and their winning ETHEREAL NFT. 9. Winners must provide full name, phone number, email and physical mailing address on or before October 31, 2021 to claim their prize. 10. ETHEREALS, LLC is not responsible for compliance, associated taxes or duties, or declarations for the winning of any contest. Winner is responsible for any necessary tax reporting required. 11. Winners must comply with their individual customs or local laws associated with the location of contest winners. 12. Winners are responsible for any additional customs or duty fees incurred upon importing winnings. 13. This contest is not affiliated with Twitter or Apple products in any way and is not considered an endorsement of either company.
